About Hot work training

Hot work (Heta arbeten) is a collective name for work that involve heating or sparks and that can cause a fire. This may involve welding, cutting, soldering or work with fast-rotating tools. All major insurance companies in Sweden require that anyone who is to carry out flammable hot work at a temporary workplace, must be a fire watcher or issue a permit for this work and needs knowledge and must be authorized.

Duration: Half day (4 hours).
Maximum number of participants: 10 people.
Price: SEK 3,100 ex VAT per person.

Certificate and follow-up

After completing and passing the course, the participant receives a certificate that is valid for five years.

Who should attend

Hot work is aimed at you who will carry out flammable hot work at a temporary workplace, be a fire guard or issue a permit, who need knowledge and to be authorized. Even you who are going to order hot work will benefit from this training.

Basic requirements for participation

The participant must be 18 years of age and have a good understanding of the Swedish language.
