About Safe lifting training

Safe lifts is the training that provides an understanding of how a lift works theoretically, all the way from planning a lift to maintenance and documentation of equipment. During the training, lifting devices such as traverses, mobile cranes, tower cranes, pillar lifts or telefers are covered. The training also gives the participant knowledge in preventing accidents and reducing the risks of ill-health and accidents at the workplace during heavy lifting. The training is designed to meet the requirements of AFS 2006:6 - Use of lifting devices and lifting equipment where documented knowledge is required.

The training is carried out by trained instructors at our depots or at our customers' workplaces.

Duration: Half day (4 hours).
Maximum number of participants: 12 people.
Price: SEK 2,000 ex VAT per person.

Certificate and follow-up

After completing the training and passing the theory test, the participants receive a personal training certificate.

Who should attend

The training is aimed at everyone who uses lifting equipment in their work. The course is also aimed at supervisors and safety representatives who must be able to plan work with and around the lifting devices.
